When you email us, we process your email address, contact details and information you choose to provide to respond and assess the service. Please do not send health data or unnecessary personal information. Hosting systems may process technical data, including IP addresses and logs, to operate and protect the website.

Service enquiries are processed to take pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Website security and operation rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)); legal requirements rely on Article 6(1)(c). Providing information by email is optional, but without necessary details we may be unable to respond.
Retention and recipients
Correspondence is kept to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, followed by applicable retention obligations and periods necessary to protect legal rights. Authorised personnel and email, hosting and technical support providers may process data for their respective tasks. Data is not intended for public disclosure.
Website technologies
The website does not integrate profiling or advertising analytics tools. Email buttons open the user’s email application and do not send data automatically. In the preview version, access and infrastructure are managed by ChatGPT; on WordPress, plugins or services added by the operator may require this notice to be updated. Any transfers outside the EEA must use safeguards required by the GDPR.
